How can I book a hotel stay?

What are the booking and cancellation conditions?
Reservation and cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of accommodation and the respective rate.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Advance payments will be processed upon sending a secure payment link by our Reservations Department.
Bank transfers are only accepted if made before arrival, in time to be confirmed by our Finance Department.
For payments at check-in, only credit cards whose holder is staying at the hotel are accepted. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Dinners Club credit cards.
The hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorization, during the stay, and until the check-out date, to ensure payment for extras consumed.
The release of captive funds through pre-authorization is the sole responsibility of the card issuing entity.
What is the maximum room occupancy?
Our rooms are for two adults and one child up to 12 years of age.
We also have family rooms (connecting rooms), with capacity for two adults and three children under 12 years of age.
Do you have an airport transfer service?
Yes. Surcharges apply. For more information, please contact our Reception (+351) 289 359 800 or the Reservations Department (+351) 289 359 822.
Does the hotel have parking? And charging electric vehicles?
We have free private outdoor parking for our Guests.
At the moment, we only have a charging service available for electric vehicles with a domestic socket or a three-phase socket.
Soon, we will install 6 charging stations.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Your room will be available for check-in from 3 PM and check-out time is until 12 PM.
Early arrivals and late departures may be subject to a room usage fee.
It is mandatory to present an identification document with photo, as well as a credit card at check-in.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Do you have rooms for people with reduced mobility?
We have a room adapted for guests with special needs.
We are also available to personalize your stay, meeting your individual needs.
Do all rooms have wireless Internet (Wi-Fi)?
Yes, all rooms and public areas have free, wireless, high-speed Internet.
Does the hotel accept pets?
The presence of animals in public areas, including swimming pools, is not permitted.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse access to pets. Please consult us for more information.
Can I smoke in the room?
No. Smoking is expressly prohibited in all our rooms and covered public areas, in accordance with Portuguese law.
What are the breakfast hours? What about lunch and dinner?
Breakfast is served in our restaurant between 7h30 AM and 10h30 AM.
The Lusitano Restaurant serves lunch from 12 PM to 3 PM and dinner between 07 PM and 10 PM.
Throughout the day, our bars are open with light meals and snacks. Room Service is available 24 hours a day.
If you have any dietary restrictions, our team will be happy to adapt our menu accordingly.
Do you have a menu for dietary restrictions?
Our menu features vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free dishes. In any case, our team will be happy to adapt the dishes on our menu to suit your needs.
Can I visit the restaurants and bars without staying at the hotel?
Our restaurants and bars are open to the general public, preferably with advance reservation.
In high season, the restaurant may be exclusively for hotel guests. Please inform our Reception in advance.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
We have two outdoor swimming pools: one for adults and one for children.
The indoor pool is heated and maintained at a constant temperature so you can enjoy it all year round.
Our swimming pools are exclusive to hotel guests. Outside of high season, guests of guests are permitted, depending on availability and upon prior reservation.
Does the hotel have a private beach concession?
During the summer, namely from June to September, the hotel has a reserved area on the famous Garrão beach, with sun loungers, awnings and towel service. Using the beach concession has an additional cost, which varies depending on the time of year. For more information, contact our Reception.
